About BOSS

BOSS (Business Opportunity for Student Success) is a 25-week program that offers middle-school students an opportunity to spend one day a week outside of the classroom and inside a fun, professional work environment (Largo Capital in Getzville, NY).

The program is designed to help the student's communication, leadership, and decision making skills in order to build confidence and grow the next generation of business professionals.
